The researcher used the semi-experimental approach with the help of one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design of two groups, one of which is experimental, and the other control by applying the pre- and post-measurement of the two groups.
The research sample was selected in a random deliberate way from the students of the third year boys at Fayoum University for the academic year 2023/2024 AD, and the most important results were:
 The use of the traditional method of teaching positively affected the students of the control group.
 The use of teaching through an educational booklet supported by a QR code in aspects of learning the exercise course positively affected the level of cognitive achievement of students in the experimental group.
